We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleSettle ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SimpleSettle ltd.'s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
